Your first class is all about getting a feel for how we train and making sure you feel comfortable. You’ll be guided by a coach every step of the way, no experience needed.
We’ll start with a warm-up, go over a few movements, and then take you through a workout that’s tailored to your level. Everything is adjustable, so you can move at your own pace while still getting a great workout.
Most importantly, expect a welcoming community that’s there to support you from the moment you walk in.
It depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. That said, we believe 4 days per week is an excellent, sustainable, and effective place to start. Consistency over time is what drives results.
Safety is a priority at Aliso CrossFit. Our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way, teaching proper movement, offering modifications, and making sure you’re working at the right level for your body.
We believe in training for the long term, which means helping you stay consistent, confident, and injury-free.
